Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance. Install, configure, and manage Cisco network devices and services. Monitor and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with other teams to implement network changes and upgrades. Ensure proper documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Skills Required: Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies (Voice, Wireless). Experience with network troubleshooting and support. Proficient in network protocols, routing, and switching. Good understanding of network security principles.
