Prefer them being in EST or CST time zone please no PST time zone Visa: No H1B,CPT's Must Have Linkedin and Genuine Visa as role is from Kforce experience working on an implementation project Experience with Cornerstone Needs some project management skills or experience if they eventually do an implementation Needs great communication skills and good to work with since they will be working with this team and HR Working EST Hours. Prefer them being in EST or CST time zone please no PST time zone HRIS Analyst Why the need: o For a while the HR systems were handled by Larry on their team and was the only person doing it, transitioned to Ray and theres too much for him to do o A lot of day to day support ADP Cornerstoneperformance Thinking of replacing this iCIMSonboarding, and everything else Thinking of implementing a comp system Need: o Help the team streamline their review process o Look at the thought of implementing another tool o And then manage ADP/iCIMS o Most likely staying with Cornerstonethinking of adding CompXL o Preference to have experience with Cornerstone If not, anyone whos dealt with any performance management system can be plugged into this role o Ideally would like someone who could come in and be a self-starter o Process Improvement experience as well o Working with Ray and the HR team on a daily basis o Experience with ADP Workforce and Cornerstone o Project Management skills If they replace cornerstonewill help with the implementation here o Soft skills: Communication skills need to be top of the line Job Description: We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR system implementations, HR tool configurations, reporting, testing and data integration with RMRs HRIS systems. RMR currently uses ADP Workforce Now as its Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Processes supported by Workforce Now include Employee Data, Benefits enrollment, timekeeping and payroll. Other HR processes are supported by other tools that need to integrate with ADP. HR Processes and Tools include the following: Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (iCIMS); Performance Management (Cornerstone); workforce changes and approvals (Service Now) and other processes supported by Excel based tools. The HRIS Analyst will help RMR: configure current tools to support processes and changes to our processes; identify integration opportunities in which ADP can provide better data and analytics; and support the implementation and configuration of future systems. This individual needs to have expertise and experience with ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, Cornerstone Performance; and integrating data from other HRIS systems to ADP Workforce Now. This individual will report into RMR IT Business Applications team, and their primary role will be to support RMRs HRIS systems. RMR HR will be this individuals primary client. Skills and Capabilities Needed Expertise in ADP Workforce Now Expertise in Cornerstone Performance and iCIMS Experience in implementing and configuring Human Resource SAAS solutions that include payroll, benefits, performance, total rewards, recruitment (iCIMS) and other Talent Management systems (such as Succession Planning (9-Box), Calibration and Talent Reviews tools), Compensation, and Benefit administration and programs. Experience with HCM implementations, testing of upgrades, patches and new applications to test new and existing functionality. Exceptional project and program management skills, ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to build strong working and project relationships with key stakeholders including RMR IT Applications Team, Accounting and HR stakeholders. Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules and compensation and benefits procedures. Strong MS office skills; especially advanced level Excel. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives and team members. Ability to configure reporting and create an HRIS and Workforce Dashboard with relevant information that helps workforce decisions. Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
