Requirements:
    MUST HAVE a few of the certifications below
o    Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional
o    Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional (preferred) 
o    Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional
o    Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert (preferred) 
o    Adobe Workfront for Experience Manager Enhanced Connector Expert

    This slightly more junior, more like a front line support role with some configuration work of the platform. 
Need some Adobe credentials

* Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements 
* Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes  and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design 
* Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets, email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable. 
* Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access, template updates, report updates, etc.), collaborating with the Lead Sys Admin as needed 
* Support updates to design documentation and configuration workbooks as they relate to configuration optimization 
* Provide system configuration recommendations and Advise on custom form streamlining 
* Support user acceptance testing and training; work with the Lead Sys Admin to create test scripts; update any bugs found during testing 
* Support training, office hours, or other end-user support and education functions as needed | Add to Folder
