We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant with specialized expertise in S/4 HANA implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks for SAP S/4 HANA environments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access, compliance with organizational policies, and seamless integration during S/4 HANA implementations. The consultant will play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive business data while enabling efficient system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Security Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP security strategies, roles, and authorizations tailored to S/4 HANA systems, including Fiori apps and HANA database security. S/4 HANA Implementation Support: Provide end-to-end security support during S/4 HANA greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Role Management: Design, build, and maintain SAP roles (single, composite, and derived) for S/4 HANA transactional systems, Master Data Governance (MDG), and Fiori Gateway systems. Authorization Management: Configure and troubleshoot authorization objects, user access, and OData services for Fiori applications, ensuring seamless user experience and security compliance. Risk and Compliance: Perform risk assessments, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and mitigation using SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools, such as Access Control 10.1/12.0. Integration: Collaborate with Basis, Fiori, and functional teams to integrate security configurations with S/4 HANA landscapes, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Cutover and Go-Live: Document and execute security-related cutover tasks, support go-live activities, and resolve post-implementation authorization issues. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve security-related issues using tools like /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, STAD, and SU53, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. User Administration: Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews in S/4 HANA systems. Knowledge Transfer: Train internal teams and end-users on S/4 HANA security processes and best practices. Qualifications : Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of SAP Security experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on S/4 HANA implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition). Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP HANA SAP Certified Application Associate SAP GRC Access Control Other relevant SAP or security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) are a plus. Technical Skills: Expertise in S/4 HANA security role design, including Fiori catalogs, groups, and OData services. Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM) and configuration of MSMP workflows. Proficiency in HANA database security (analytic privileges, system privileges, and object privileges). Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and Fiori Gateway security concepts. Experience with tools like PFCG, SUIM, and ST01 for role and authorization management. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA migration projects and integration with SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors). Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory integration with SAP systems. Exposure to BW/4HANA, BOBJ, or other SAP ecosystem security configurations.
