This role also involves developing and managing security roles across SAP landscapes, supporting Fiori applications, administering user provisioning, and ensuring timely resolution of security tasks. Additionally, the lead manages offshore security teams, drives process improvements, collaborates across teams, and plays a key role in audit and reporting activities to maintain system security and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into security requirements, and build scalable authorization solutions that meet the needs of an exponentially growing organization. Design and develop SAP Security solutions to enhance solutions across the core modules of SAP MM, FICO, MM, SD, PS, HR, and Ariba. Participate in multiple initiatives through activities, includingbut not limited tocreating new roles, updating existing roles, setting up user accounts for multiple test phases, cutover, and hyper-care support. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP security controls and procedures. Support the administration of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system, which includes access control, and emergency access requests Accountable for maintaining SAP users, authorizations, roles, GRC risks, SOD, mitigation, and audit reviews for ECC and FIORI security. Skills Required: Minimum of 10 years of SAP Security experience with at least three full life cycle implementations. Experience with SAP authorization concept, role design, user administration, SOX compliance and SOD conflict resolution. At least THREE end to end security implementations experience Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables and ability to identify authorization errors using SU53 and ST01 to provide consultative support to business. Proficient with various role design models Master/Derive, Composite and Value based ..etc. Experience with Fiori Role development Experience in Security role setup with ECC and EWM, Work with internal/ external auditors, segregation of duties analysis and SOX compliance. Participate in SAP audit discussions, questions and help resolve the SOD/SOX issues. Good at documenting the procedures and presenting the same for end users Effective team player. Skills Preferred: Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and Emergency Management modules. Knowledge in performing analysis on SAP GRC segregation of duties (SOD).
