Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies such as the difference between

Responsibilities:

Ticketing System is ServiceNow.   

Handling call escalations from Tier 1 to Tier 2.  

Standard working hours, M-F, 8 hours a day supporting CST, various starts from 5:00 am to 8:00 am start. 

Phone, email web tickets, and chat support. 

    Consistently reach a high customer satisfaction average 

    Provide technical support to all of Apples internal employees, retail stores, corporate employees, contractors and vendors in America, parts of Europe, and Asia. 

    Engage with customers via phone, chat or through web tickets, creating detailed case notes needed to support and resolve customer issues. 

    Capture data used for reviewing any trends that could signal larger upcoming issues. 

    Utilize multiple resources such as; knowledge-based articles, internal sites, applications, or reach out to peers for best practices in resolving complex issues.

   Create a positive customer experience through active listening and understanding of employee concerns to accurately and efficiently resolve their problem.
