Proactively analyse Nexthink, Service Now other data to identify use cases.2. Ready to work at offshore as an individual contributor with direct customer interaction3. Proactively analyze NeXthink, Service Now other data to identify use cases4. Investigating and identifying the root causes of performance issues by analysing detailed data collected by Nexthink5. Report benefits of use case and improvement in DEX score6. Working closely with network, security, application and desktop teams to implement solutions based on Nexthink analysis.7. Utilizing Nexthink data to predict future resource needs and optimize infrastructure capacity. Desirable Skills: 1. Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst. 2. Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
