The individual will analyze service needs, design solutions, and create scope documents, risk profiles, and financials. They will develop service solutions using industry knowledge, covering processes, technology, and staffing, while conducting risk assessments and creating remediation plans. The candidate will also produce Statements of Work and other documentation, serve as a technical expert, and follow organizational procedures for cost modeling and approvals. Candidate Skills and Qualifications: 8 years (Required): Proven experience in Enterprise and Software engineering using recognized methodologies such as SEI or TOGAF. 8 years (Required): Strong background in creating architecture views, documenting non-functional requirements, managing implementation, and participating in design reviews. 8 years (Required): Experience as an Enterprise or Software Architect for systems built on Salesforce. 8 years (Required): Expertise in integrating data, applications, services, and technologies into Salesforce solutions, including MuleSoft, REST API integration, data migration, and dataset initiation. 8 years (Required): Experience as an Enterprise or Software Architect for Salesforce systems, delivering low-code solutions that minimize custom code while addressing both functional and non-functional requirements. 8 years (Required): Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software and hardware issues, and providing technology recommendations. 8 years (Required): Experience managing, supporting, and enhancing Salesforce Orgs and environments, including improving security policies and practices. 8 years (Required): Expertise in integrating non-Salesforce applications and services, including REST API integration, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, JavaScript, and data migration. 8 years (Preferred): Experience with Salesforce implementation and development, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. 8 years (Preferred): Familiarity with no-code solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules. 2 years (Preferred): Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies. 2 years (Preferred): Experience in Cloud Architecture, including Azure, AWS, or other platforms.
