In this role, you will be responsible for conducting data discovery, performing quality checks, and building business intelligence dashboards using Qlik. You will work closely with internal or external clients to understand analytical requirements and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct data discovery and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Qlik Sense (preferred) or similar tools. Demonstrate strong business acumen and curiosity to extract valuable insights from data. Produce and maintain scalable business performance reports for key stakeholders. Build and maintain data pipelines for existing reports to ensure up-to-date and accurate reporting. Summarize and communicate high-level trends in KPIs and business performance (optional). Work directly with internal or external clients to understand and identify their analytical requirements. Occasionally guide and mentor less experienced business data analysts in best practices and methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence (BI) roles. Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Experience with Qlik Sense (preferred) or similar business intelligence tools for building dashboards and reports. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on end-to-end quantitative thinking. Demonstrated ability to produce clear and actionable insights for decision-making. Excellent communication skills to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement through data analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Experience with building data pipelines and automating data workflows. Ability to summarize and present trends in KPIs and performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
