Document business requirements and translate into technical requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience designing, managing, analyzing, testing or improving software systems Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment Experience working in Scrum/Agile framework Organize work in software ticketing system (Azure Dev Ops, experience with JIRA or similar acceptable) Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Management (CPM), Certifications in Scrum/Agile Proven experience as a Business Analyst Self-sufficient person who can work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams Summarize technical concepts and translate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Write technical user stories, organizing development sprints o Agile scrum certified o Business Analyst - Salesforce o Experience in Azure Dev Ops o Knowledge of and work experience with energy efficiency and demand side management initiatives Qualifications: This role acts as a liaison between the business and the technical development teams, assuring program delivery and measure updates are configured and tested to support our growing clean energy goals. Responsibilities include facilitating user requirement workshops, translating business needs into software solutions, working closely with Product Owners, software developers and testers to carry through solutions to launch. This work supports current and future program development and overall reporting to the public service commission.
