Please find the job details below: Job Title: HRSD Functional and Technical Advisor Location: Houston, TX (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled HRSD Functional and Technical Advisor to lead and optimize our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, HR process automation, and system integration. This role requires a blend of functional expertise in HRSD solutions and technical proficiency to implement, customize, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in HRSD functional and technical roles. Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD applications Knowledge of HR processes, workflows, and automation best practices. Experience with HR system integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Agile/Hybrid Agile project experience is a plus.
