Licensing & Procurement Support: Provide support in discussions related to platform procurement and licensing. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in ITSM implementation, architecture, and service management best practices. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.). Expertise in ServiceNow integrations (APIs, MID Servers, etc.) with third-party tools. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (preferred) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
