This role involves developing and maintaining critical systems for driver licensing, vehicle registration, compliance, and other DMV services. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET Core/C# expertise, session management skills, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain .NET Core/C# applications in a web-based and desktop environment. Implement session management in .NET Core web applications. Work with SQL databases, MVC framework, and REST APIs. Develop enhancements and bug fixes for existing systems. Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment using Azure DevOps. Manage work via ticket management systems. Ensure smooth data communication between disparate systems. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in C#/.NET (web & desktop). 10 years of SQL database backend development. 10 years of MVC framework experience. 10 years of experience with REST APIs. 10 years of Visual Studio and Azure DevOps experience. 8 years of ticket management system experience. Strong session management skills in .NET Core. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with legacy system modernization. Knowledge of DMV or government systems is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance systems.
