The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, integrations, and cloud-based database technologies. Additionally, expertise in Litify and legal eBilling is preferred. The role involves designing scalable and high-performance solutions while ensuring seamless data migration and governance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Salesforce Architecture & Strategy Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance Lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions with enterprise applications Provide technical leadership on Salesforce best practices, governance, and DevOps strategies Ensure compliance with Salesforce security policies, data governance, and regulatory standards 2. Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable, high-performance data models in Salesforce. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and ensure data integrity. Optimize data architecture for reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency. 3. Data Migration & ETL: Lead large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy. Design and execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for on-premise and cloud-based systems. Conduct team reviews, improve data modeling, and recommend design enhancements. Develop data migration plans, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and import execution. Create and execute data migration scripts for seamless transition to Salesforce. 4. Database Technologies & Integration: Architect Salesforce data solutions, integrating with external databases Optimize Salesforce query performance and storage strategies. 5. Legal eBilling & Litify: Implement and support Litify-based Salesforce solutions for legal operations. Provide technical leadership on legal eBilling integrations with Salesforce and third-party platforms. Ensure data compliance and governance within legal industry regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Data Architecture & Management Designer, Application Architect, or Technical Architect CTA preferred). Experience & Technical Expertise: At least 8 years of proven experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator and Data Architect. 5-10 years of Data Migration & ETL experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Architecture, Modeling, and Governance. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and API integrations. Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based storage solutions. Legal domain experience and familiarity with Litify & legal eBilling solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
