In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications. Create use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes. Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Participate in testing and validation activities. Provide support during system implementation and deployment. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and generate reports to support business decision-making. Create and maintain data dictionaries and data models. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Facilitate meetings and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Create and maintain all necessary documentation. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work onsite in Rosemont, IL. Preferred: Experience in [relevant industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, technology]. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
