Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to deliver high-quality products. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. What You Bring: Experience: Minimum of 12+ years in professional software development. At least 3 years experience with P Dataflow and large-scale application development. Proven expertise with Java and Spring Framework. 5+ years hands-on experience with P and AWS. At least 5 years of technical design and solution architecture experience. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Extensive experience with P Dataflow for large-scale data processing. Proficiency in P and AWS cloud services and architectures. Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with NoSQL and relational databases. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and effective communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
