Perform parameter tuning, coverage, and capacity optimization to enhance QoS. Identify and troubleshoot network issues (call drops, handover failures, low throughput). Utilize RF tools like TEMS, Actix, QXDM, Atoll for performance analysis and optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve network efficiency and user experience. Requirements: 8 years of experience in RF optimization and performance engineering. Bachelor's/Masters in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of RF propagation, antenna configurations, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with RF planning and post-processing tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
