Job Title :- Oracle SME Location :- Dallas,TX Duration- 12+ months Implementation- TCS Job Description :- Essential Skills: | Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues. Customer Interaction: Responding to business inquiries via email, and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Log Analysis: Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems. Configuration Management: Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements. Patch Management: Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities. Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices. Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams. Training and Support: Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage. | Desirable Skills: | Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teams. Drive instructions to staff and ensure project deliverables and objectives are met.Good to Have Agile way of working, Finance/ Banking industry experience Certification in Oracle NetSuite ERP Consultant Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teamsQualifications: 7-10 years proven experience in Oracle ERP Technical consultation Strong oral & verbal communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
