Experience managing anddelivering infrastructure projects that involvesintegrating various technologies and/or replacementof older legacy technologies with newertechnologies. Experience in managingextensive client interactions and providing detailedstatus/progress for the projects on weekly (oron needed frequency) basis. Create and maintain variousproject artifacts, including but not limited to: o Project Charter/InitiationDocument o Project Plan includingsubsidiary plans for managing requirements, change,testing, communication, implementation,risk, issues etc. o Project Schedule in MS Project o Resource Allocation Model andresource Estimate o Risk and Issue Logs o Communication Plan o Quality Assurance Plan o Project Status for leadershipreporting Experience managing crossfunctional teams in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to managemultiple competing priorities across all phasesof the projects within the constraintsof the product scope, resources, time, andbudget. Solid teamwork andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate andpersuade customers, employees, andmanagement at all levels and thrive in across-functional environment. Excellent oral and writtencommunications; an ability to present and discusstechnical information in a way thatestablishes rapport, persuades others, and gainsunderstanding. Must be able to influence and partnerwith Functional Managers to achieve not onlywins for own objectives and deliverables butalso those of the broad organization. Experience in working withinternal and external managers to coordinate jointmanagement oversight execution of alltechnical/infrastructure changes. Experience with identifyinginternal and external resources required for eachsecurity infrastructure implementationupgrade or client release requiring FEPOC supportand manage the execution of the POA. Experience in managing approveproject budgets with monthly variance reportingthat includes a Project Sponsorreview cycle. Experience with ensuringappropriate project communication is occurring on anon-going basis with internal and externalstakeholders. Ability to analyze projectneeds and determine resources needed to meetobjectives, possess good technical skills includingscheduling, estimating, and costing. Excellent knowledge of MSOffice tool set MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project andMS Visio. Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure Ability to provide structurein an unstructured and rapidly changingenvironment Strong analytical,problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
