In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across various HR domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver successful HCM implementations and ensure the effective utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud. Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation: Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning). Develop and execute test plans and perform system testing. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and data migration activities. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Business Process Analysis and Design: Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and document new business processes aligned with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials. Data Migration and Integration: Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise applications. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the implementation process. Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Communicate project status to stakeholders effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and support. Proactively identify and address client needs. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and best practices. Attend industry conferences and training sessions to enhance knowledge. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.). Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
