This role will require you to analyze business requirements, develop software specifications, create and execute test plans, and facilitate user acceptance testing. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform software testing activities across all test phases for software development projects. Analyze business requirements and develop software specifications. Review, analyze, evaluate, and develop test plans and scenarios based on business and system requirements to ensure traceability. Monitor and perform system testing. Facilitate user acceptance testing. Coordinate with IT and business project teams to identify and document software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve these defects. Test the migration process, including creating and executing unit test scripts, managing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and debugging issues. Collaborate in a highly team-oriented environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations. Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have strong experience as a Business System Analyst with expertise in software testing and requirements analysis. Proficiency in test plans, test scenarios, and defect tracking. Familiarity with system migration testing, unit testing, and debugging. Ability to work effectively with both IT teams and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing both in-office and remote work.
