In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate closely with product, business, and data engineering teams to transform business requirements into high-value products. Your work will play a key role in shaping scalable analytical data models and insight-driven visualizations, helping to make an impact on healthcare and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable Power BI solutions. Provide thought leadership in visualizing data as a trusted developer. Influence product direction by reviewing requirements and providing recommendations to product owners. Analyze data and situations that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors from multiple sources and communicate conclusions and insights through reports, charts, and visualizations. Generate both routine and ad hoc reports to support decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Power BI, Python, SSRS or TSQL, and DAX functions. Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Innovative thinker and problem-solver, capable of developing new and creative ways of solving complex problems using data. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as an effective team player. Experience/Education: BS or BA or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of Power BI experience. 4+ years of SSRS and/or TSQL experience. 2+ years of Python experience.
