From: Pradeep, Scalable pradeep.sharma@scalable-systems.com Reply to: pradeep.sharma@scalable-systems.com Job Title: Mendix BPM Developer/ Architect Location : Charlotte, NC Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Mendix BPM Developer to work closely with our project and initiatives teams, understand business requirements, and develop and deploy business processes using the Mendix low-code platform. In this role, you will build and customize business processes, integrate web services, create mediation modules, and ensure the successful deployment and performance of processes in both test and production environments. The position requires strong expertise in Mendix development, application performance monitoring, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project and initiative teams to understand business requirements and analyze the impact on applications and processes. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and transition these to offshore resources. Build business processes using Mendix, leveraging its low-code/no-code capabilities. Build and consume web services as part of business processes. Develop mediation modules and customize adapters for system integration. Perform unit testing of the processes built and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Deploy processes to test and production environments and monitor their performance. Independently manage assignments based on specific project requirements, ensuring delivery within the stipulated timeline. Coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams (business, technical, and offshore resources) to ensure smooth project execution. Essential Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in BPM and low-code/no-code tools such as Mendix and/or Outsystems. Expertise in Mendix configuration files, performance fine-tuning, and monitoring strategy around Mendix. Experience with High Availability, failover, and disaster recovery setup and testing. Proficient in designing applications in Mendix for both mobile and desktop. Proven experience in the implementation of Mendix applications for clients, and proficiency in Microflows and Nanoflows. Certification in Mendix Advanced Developer or Expert Developer. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and presentation skills. Strong experience with Mendix platform administration for both public and private cloud setups. Desirable Skills: 7+ years in enterprise application integration, including architectural solutions, design, development, and support using Mendix. Expertise in Mendix internals, Domain Model, Microflows, and Nanoflows. Strong hands-on experience with installation, upgrades, and platform setup on private cloud instances such as AWS/AKS. Expertise in resolving production issues and addressing performance challenges. Solid understanding of BPM solutions for case management and process simplification. Experience in developing custom CSS UI screens, plugins, and widgets in Mendix. Strong knowledge of SOA-based integration, using web services, XML, JMS, and MQ JMS. Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript for developing responsive UIs. Experience working with Oracle and MySQL databases. Strong knowledge in object-oriented concepts and design patterns (service level, data level, integration, and process). Understanding of the banking/finance domain. Experience with Pega or Appian is a plus. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. Competencies: Digital: Mendix, BPM, Low-Code/No-Code Development. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a strategic mindset. Ability to deliver complex integration solutions in a timely and effective manner.
