Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work independently and deliver on business partner goals. Independent as well as team contributor with good communication and presentation skills. Certification in Mendix Advanced Developer / Expert Developer Desirable Skills: 7+ years in Enterprise application Integration includes providing Architectural Solutions, Design, Development/ Support/Maintenance using Mendix Expertise in Mendix internals, Domain Model, Microflows and Nanoflows. Strong Hands-on experience Installation, Upgrades and platform set up on private AWS/AKS cloud instances Failover and High Availability production Configuration setups and maintenance. Led Strategy around Application and server monitoring, Data replication. Strong experience on resolution during production issues and Performance challenges. Good Expertise in implementing BPM solutions for case Management and process simplification using BPM. Good knowledge of the product including Mendix Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Mendix etc. Should have good experience in design and development in Mendix Experience developing custom CSS UI Screen, Plugins , Widgets for Mendix. experience in designing the integrations based on SOA, which allows different applications to exchange data with one another Exceptional Communication skills Experience in Pega / Appian will be a benefit. Strong SOA Knowledge and webservices knowledge Good experience in Mendix platform administration for public and private cloud set up. Good experience with configuring multiple node environment along with vertical and horizontal scaling Experience in using built-in adapters and building customer adapters Experienced in developing SOA based business integration/process integration solutions using Web Services, XML, JMS, MQ JMS in jBOSS / Mendix Studio environment Development experience of Micro flows, Long Running BPEL Services and Human Task/Work Flow Development Experience in CSS, Java Script, Java Development Front-end skills in responsive UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASS Database Experience with Oracle / MySQL Strong knowledge in Object Oriented concepts Strong knowledge in design patterns (Service level and data level, Integration and process) Solid understanding of banking/finance domain Architect with very good leadership and relationship building skills, who should also be able to independently handle assignments.
