We are looking for someone with energy, and drive that can bring fresh ideas, high strategic level thinking, strong business engagement skills, and a focus on execution. The role requires an individual with excellent project management abilities and a track record of delivering results. The candidate must have outstanding communications, bring attention to detail, and possess a strong ability to influence. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with the Finance, Engineering, and business operations teams to drive the Finance roadmap prioritized for the year. There will be a heavy focus on business partnership, socialization, dependency mapping, business alignment, and the execution of standard methodologies to guide the product organization through various stages of the development life cycle of Finance programs. The ideal candidate will be able to mentor teams as well as drive cross-functional projects and programs, and key operational processes in a fast-paced Agile environment. This includes collaborating across all functions of the company, with peers, outside teams, and executive staff, and the ability to use judgement on when escalation is needed. What youll do Own project roadmap, drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout. Cross-functional coordination for project socialization, planning, dependency management; and business/executive alignment. Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports on work within scrum team, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) check point artifacts along with all program level communications. Present information to technical and non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates. What you need to succeed Minimum of 10 years experience in technical project/program management, portfolio management, SDLC, software, SaaS and/or related industry with SAP Finance experience. Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum methodologies Proven track record to provide structure and process without compromising speed of delivery. Experience influencing global product engineering and business teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to persuade, encourage, and inspire others. Self-motivated and not afraid to resolve unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action. Education Bachelors or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
