Lead end-to-end development of automation workflows and implement these solutions to improve business efficiency. Module Implementation Expertise: Leverage experience in the implementation of various modules, especially in asset management systemsand PMO functions, to optimize business processes through automation. End-to-End RPA Solution Delivery: Ensure the successful design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions. Manage the full lifecycle of RPA implementation, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Business Process Documentation & Transition: Work closely with stakeholders to document AS-ISand TO-BEprocess flows. Provide documentation and support for transitioning processes into RPA, ensuring readiness for future stages of the project. Automation Feasibility & Improvements: Evaluate automation opportunities, assessing the feasibility and providing continuous improvement recommendations based on lessons learned. Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to develop and implement RPA solutions. Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and improvement. Problem Resolution & Risk Management: Proactively address and resolve any technical issues or risks impacting RPA implementation. Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with multiple vendor teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with client policies and industry standards. AI Integration: Identify opportunities to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) alongside RPA solutions to further optimize business processes. Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure the automation workflows undergo thorough testing and are delivered on time, collaborating with on-site teams to manage testing and quality assurance. Independent Execution: Take ownership of projects and deliver RPA solutions with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to execute tasks autonomously. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of RPA projects and providing regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders.
