This role emphasizes providing technical guidance to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and aligning technology solutions with organizational objectives. The Senior Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing team productivity and driving successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide Technical Guidance and Mentorship to a team of developers, enhancing their capabilities in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java to improve overall productivity and software quality. Conduct comprehensive Code Reviews and establish Quality Assurance processes using Spring Boot Best Practices, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for successful project delivery. Ensure Process Compliance in the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, acting as a consultant for feasibility studies, analyzing technical alternatives, assessing best packages, and identifying technical risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to define Project Scope, objectives, and deliverables while preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate closure of escalations. Skill Requirements: Proficient in Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate with an advanced understanding of Microservices Architecture. In-depth knowledge of RESTful API Development and Integration. Solid experience in Performance Tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications. Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Practices. Certification (Optional but Valuable): Spring Professional Certification. Java SE 11 Developer Certification.
