Knowledge of PeopleSoft financials including non-profit accounting modules (KK, AR, AP, Grants, GL) HR/Payroll best practices which can be translated to financial and HR/Payroll practices. Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years to include testing, quality assurance, and training. Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Additional Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience: The experience and skills in analyze critical application and data accuracies to identify overall adherence to approved and expected results. Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements in a legible and complete way that thoroughly captures business processes and inputs/outputs of the applications. Experience monitoring proposed changes to approved operational procedures and business processes.
