This is a Contract opportunity. Candidates should be based in CST, MST or PST.Certifications (Required/Preferred):Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM + ITOM OR ITAM) Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM Discovery, ITAM-SAM Pro, or ITAM-HAM Pro. ITIL v3/v4 Certification. Due to our end client, candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a need for sponsorship now or in the future. CAI is seeking a trained and certified ServiceNow Professional with experience in ITSM Suite. All work will be completed in ServiceNow and will require experience with SDLC and PPM for all project status, requirements, story management and testing.
