Hybrid Schedule: Must be onsite starting day 1 for 2 days per week. Wednesdays are mandatory onsite, and the other onsite day can be flexible. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced PowerBuilder Developer with a strong background in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) and advanced skills in T-SQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, source control (TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT), unit testing, documentation, software development, production support, and ensuring data integrity. This role involves researching and modifying PowerBuilder source code, documenting the steps the application uses with data, and supporting processes like data migration and data cleansing. Minimum Qualifications: Some college degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline. PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher). Ability to work in a hybrid office setup with mandatory onsite days. Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills. Top Skills & Experience: PowerBuilder Development - Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the applications data usage. - 5+ years of experience in PowerBuilder development. T-SQL Query Writing - Expertise in writing complex T-SQL queries to pull data from Sybase and MS SQL Server databases. - Experience in developing processes for data migration and data cleansing. - 10+ years of experience. Data Management - Experience in data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis. - 10+ years of experience. Source Control - Experience with source control technologies like TFS/Azure DevOps or GIT. - 5+ years of experience. Unit Testing - Experience in documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes. - 10+ years of experience. Documentation - Experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams. - 10+ years of experience. Testing - Ability to support test scenarios and work with clients/Business Analysts. - 5+ years of experience. Production Support - Experience in problem analysis, identifying root causes, and providing root cause analysis. - 5+ years of experience. Change Management - Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes. - 5+ years of experience.
