UID: 2398a83afd694befbae408711ba684d4 Role: Scrum Master / Business Analyst Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Project Type: Contract Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled individual to perform the dual role of Scrum Master and Business Analyst. The role is split 50/50 between the two responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Establish and communicate project plans and milestones to leadership. Assist the team with iteration planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospective meetings. Help the team resolve any roadblocks and manage dependencies. Manage work assignments, monitor team velocity, and track team member utilization. Manage and communicate deployment and release schedules. Monitor team spending versus budget and communicate with leadership. Ensure the team delivers value every two weeks. Business Analyst Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business users, ensuring efficient use of the business users' time. Work with architects and business teams to document both functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure architects, developers, and testers understand the requirements without ambiguity. Assist the team with work decomposition and prioritization. Key Skills: Scrum Master Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) Sprint management and coordination Backlog management (Prioritization, Grooming) Risk management and issue resolution Team coaching and mentorship Conflict resolution Continuous improvement Scrum metrics (Velocity, Burndown charts, etc.) Stakeholder communication and management Team performance monitoring Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.) Cross-functional collaboration Deep understanding of Scrum framework (Scrum Roles, Artifacts, Events) Business Analyst Skills: Requirements gathering and analysis Business process mapping and modeling Functional and non-functional requirements documentation Creation of Use cases and User stories Stakeholder engagement and communication Data analysis and reporting Gap analysis Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Class, etc.) Prototyping and wireframing (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) Impact analysis Change management Business case creation Define Test cases and acceptance criteria Systems integration understanding Vendor management (if applicable) Soft Skills: Stakeholder management Problem-solving and critical thinking Communication and presentation skills Negotiation and influencing Adaptability Time management and prioritization Conflict resolution and mediation Leadership and team building Collaboration and interpersonal skills How to Apply: Apply Here: https://forms.gle/1YFVKJhTCuXZ8y7m6 Send your resume to: riya@teemo.ai Keywords: artificial intelligence business intelligence Ohio |
