UID: c94c4a1246904e9b8d773562be3929bb Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Job Description: We are looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers who have hands-on experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, data curation, AI agent development, and domain-specific model fine-tuning. As part of the team, you will work on building and enhancing large language models, especially in the areas of Transformer architecture, Generative AI concepts, and PEFT (LoRA/QLoRA) training methods. Key Responsibilities: Work with Generative AI models, developing and optimizing models for domain-specific tasks. Fine-tune models using PEFT techniques like LoRA/QLoRA for large language models. Perform prompt engineering and curate datasets that enhance model performance. Work with multi-agent frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen. Utilize ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow for model training and experimentation. Develop tools and integrate AI/ML systems with internal products and applications. Collaborate closely with teams for model testing, validation, and post-production warranty support. Required Skills: Expertise in Generative AI concepts and techniques. Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures. Solid knowledge of PEFT methods like LoRA and QLoRA training techniques. Proficient in Python and common data science modules such as NumPy, Pandas, and PySpark. Strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with Jupyter for data analysis and experimentation. Preferred Skills: Core Java experience. Experience in Data Visualization. Understanding of Distributed Systems and scalable architectures.
