UID: f09104bfd9ad42d0a8c23de01b117cca Role: Generative AI (Gen AI) Lead Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Onsite) Job Overview: We are seeking a Mid-Level Generative AI Developer with a strong background in Python, AI-focused Python libraries, and AWS services to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS Knowledge Base, and a deep understanding of LLM models. Additionally, they should be familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, vector databases, and AWS Serverless Technologies to build scalable and efficient AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: AI/ML Development: Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI solutions using foundation models. Build scalable and intelligent AI-driven applications with AWS Bedrock, AWS Knowledge Base, and AWS Serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB). Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, OpenSearch) to improve AI responses. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, particularly in the insurance domain. Stay up-to-date on emerging AI trends, best practices, and advancements in LLMs and Generative AI models. Process and Deployment: Leverage AWS AI Services and AWS Serverless technologies to build and deploy cloud-native AI-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards when handling sensitive data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs. Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS Knowledge Base. Solid understanding of LLM models such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Falcon, etc., and their applications. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML-focused libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Transformers. Experience with RAG models and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, OpenSearch). Expertise in AWS Serverless Technologies, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, and DynamoDB. Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for AI models, and cloud-based AI deployment. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with other teams to achieve AI solution goals. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent from a reputed college/university. Additional Skills: Knowledge of prompt engineering and techniques to enhance AI response accuracy. Exposure to multi-modal AI models (text, image, speech). AWS AI/ML certifications are a plus. Familiarity with Python libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy. Knowledge of AWS AI services such as Comprehend (NLP), Textract (document processing), and Rekognition (image analysis).
