The Salesforce Architect will also support other architectural areas as needed. This role will involve analyzing company processes, developing CRM workflows, and creating custom solutions to address specific business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and expertise in building systems that integrate effectively with other data sources. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Solution Design: Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance. Create Salesforce application design blueprints that align with business objectives. Develop CRM workflows and custom solutions based on company processes and business needs. Technical Leadership: Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Maintain and manage user roles and security in Salesforce. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and integration. Assist in training and guiding business users on Salesforce usage. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect. Extensive experience in Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations. Ability to solve high-level software and application issues. Healthcare domain experience is required. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
