Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning). Develop and execute test plans and perform system testing. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and data migration activities. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Business Process Analysis and Design: Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and document new business processes aligned with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials. Data Migration and Integration: Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise applications. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the implementation process. Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution.
