Job Description: The ServiceNow Admin will collaborate with business users to identify, refine, and implement business requirements and workflows. This role involves providing configuration and customization support in ServiceNow, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. Key duties include: Gathering requirements from various business units. Working closely with the ServiceNow technical team to design, configure, and customize new applications and modules. Coordinating with offshore teams (based in the USA and India) to implement changes in ServiceNow. Managing key ServiceNow projects, reporting directly to the onsite director. Primary Responsibilities: Support Projects: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the creation of new processes/applications in ServiceNow. User Interaction: Directly interact with ServiceNow platform users to understand needs and deliver solutions. Collaboration: Work with both onsite and offshore resources (who operate in the US time shift). Innovative Solutions: Develop creative approaches to utilizing ServiceNow to solve business challenges. Preferred Qualifications / Assets: ServiceNow Agile Management: Experience with managing and implementing Agile practices within ServiceNow. Custom Applications: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom applications. Telecom & Mobility: Experience in supporting telecom and mobility processes. Process Improvement: Familiarity with process improvement within ServiceNow. Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset. Access & Identity Management: Experience with ServiceNows access management and identity management functionalities. Required Qualifications: 3+ Years of ServiceNow Configuration Experience: Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow to meet business needs. Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Healthcare Industry Experience: Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus. ServiceNow Development: Familiarity with ServiceNow development and its capabilities. Proficient in Reporting: Strong skills in creating and utilizing ServiceNow reporting features. Requirements Gathering: At least 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
