Interview: VIDEO Need a Scrum Certified professional with experience in Finance & P (Ideally) Interview Process: 2-3 Interviews JOB Description We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Product Owner / Manager to support our team The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (preferably in P Cloud) and experience in Product Ownership and/or Scrum Master responsibilities. This individual will play a crucial role in driving agile processes, managing project delivery, and interfacing with executive leadership. Scrum Leadership & Agile Execution Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives Drive agile best practices to ensure efficient project delivery Collaborate closely with engineering teams to remove roadblocks Project & Stakeholder Management Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates to leadership Maintain and track project delivery schedules Present updates to executive leadership, including AVPs and VPs Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams Technical & Cloud Expertise (Preferred) Experience with Google Cloud Platform (P) Ideal candidates have managed P projects or have a technical background before transitioning into Scrum/Product roles Budget & Funding Oversight Support budget tracking and funding allocation using Excel Ensure financial transparency and assist in monitoring spending Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Program Manager role Experience leading large-scale technical projects Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Ability to manage project funding and budgeting using Excel Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (P) Background in software development or engineering Previous experience managing P-related projects Thanks and Regards Sanchit Technical Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
