As part of our growing organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of IT service management and operations. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Developer to take on a vital role in our IT service management ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and implementing powerful solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are eager to make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you! Innovate by developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to address business needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and turn them into impactful ServiceNow solutions. Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts to maintain seamless platform performance and handle complex technical challenges. Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices while fostering a culture of learning and growth. Enhance our ServiceNow environment by proposing and implementing improvements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Manage development projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery. Implement and manage ITOM processes such as event management, discovery, and service mapping to optimize IT operations. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules, enabling effective IT asset tracking and management. What Were Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping) or ITAM (SAM, HAM) modules. Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, platform architecture, and best practices. Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing projects, mentoring developers, and making critical technical decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
