MUST have led DevOps and Deployment for large programs for a client. Ideally should have deploying MS Dynamics (CE and F&O) experience to support property tax assessment, billing, collections, and distributions for a County government. There are times that employee will be on site as required by the client when they are not collaborating and delivering virtually. T&L Will be paid when travelling to on site. Job Description Overview: A key focus of this position is the "Build" component, which is highly technical and closely aligned with the responsibilities of a DevOps Engineer or DevOps and Build Engineer. The most critical qualifications were looking for include: Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps: Creating and maintaining pipelines using either the Classic tool or YAML. Configuring build tasks and setting variables for different environments. Checking infrastructure code into GIT repositories. Branching and Merging Expertise: Familiarity with GIT and Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC). Managing pull requests, ensuring proper branch hygiene, and overseeing release pipelines. Technical Depth and Seniority: This is a senior-level technical role, requiring a candidate with years of hands-on experience in build automation, deployment processes, and working in complex enterprise environments. While our internal team uses the title "Build and Data Delivery Lead," we believe the external market may respond better to titles like "DevOps Engineer" or "DevOps and Build Engineer." Qualifications: As a technical advisor and casemanagement oriented member of the ISG technical team, must have expert-level experience in developing and documenting non-functional requirements for case-management and customized systems. Must have experience understanding business workflows, recognize customer data needs, and reference these concepts in analysis deliverables. Experience with Requirement Traceability: Must have experience building sprint backlogs with templates that align with defined Software Development Lifecycle states and statuses. Must understand how to link Epics, Features, and User-Stories to work-items such as Tasks, Bugs, Sprint-Bugs, and Test Cases. Must understand linking test-suites and test-run results to user-stories and features in Azure DevOps.
