Align IAM processes and controls with industry standards and Clients LoBs through detailed assessments. Design survey structure and questions for predefined 11 IAM controls Review and refine survey design with stakeholders. Pre-validate existing data points Develop distribution plan for survey. Send out survey to application owners Track response rates and follow up on non-respondents Collect artifacts for compliance validation . Generate compliance status reports Validate evidence against 13 control requirements Qualifications & Experience Masters or Bachelor's in Computers, Information Technology, or a related field 12 to 15 years experience in IAM domain and Risk Governance Experience of designing and implementing IAM solutions across various tools and technologies. Understanding of IAM security framework, principles, and technologies. Working knowledge of best industry practices and industry standards for IAM and Risk Governance Excellent communication Skills.
