In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences for complex enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the UX design process from concept to delivery for enterprise web and mobile applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain consistency in design systems and contribute to UX best practices within the team. Present and communicate design ideas and rationale to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.Required Qualifications: 7+ years of professional UX design experience, with at least 5years focused on enterprise or B2B applications. Proven ability to design complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces for enterprise environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, design systems, and enterprise-level projects. Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, etc.). Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing within Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field.
