Consultant shall provide Morgan Stanley with Services in connection with the Non- Financial Risk Technology Internal Audit Transformation initiative. Morgan Stanley is seeking to continue its development of a user interface to support new and enhanced Internal Audit functions. Consultant will provide continued services working in close collaboration with and at Morgan Stanleys direction to architect solutions that come together in a Unified Audit Platform.

This project will be constructed on the Unified Audit Platform
and will be an extension to the core system that is being developed this year. It will include elements such as Workflow, UX Screens and User Interfaces, Data Capabilities, and Configuration Capabilities.

All work will build on and expand the existing platform to meet this new user requirements. Morgan Stanley Technology Resources will augment the team with professional support, management, and oversight as appropriate for project success.

The primary focus of the engagement will be to create additional user interface (UI), middleware services and database components for Unified Audit Platform. Consultants will provide the required personnel, Data Architect, UX/UI Developer and Data Scientist expertise to support Morgan Stanley in the completion of initial aspects of this initiative. Morgan Stanley has defined the following milestones and objectives for which the Consultant will provide support:

Unified Audit Platform User Interface/Additional Components:

Building new UX wireframes AND UI code for new functionality

Design a data solution for business insights: Centralized dashboards for audits, issues, and timesheet reporting.

Application UI (Angular), Service, and Database (Postgres) support

Machine Learning Components: Data-driven decision-making process allowing to quickly react to changes in the environment and adjust the assurance plan.

II. Description of Services and Deliverables:

The Consultant will be working cross functionally leveraging Agile and Devops practices. This approach promotes adaptive planning, where requirements development, design, coding, integration, testing and solution delivery evolve through collaboration and encourages rapid and flexible response to change. This approach also promotes continuous interaction throughout the development cycle.

As part of these Services, Consultant shall perform tasks, activities, develop and deliver to Morgan Stanley the following Services and Deliverables.

Provide input to the Project Plan for the Unified Audit Platform initiative.

Participate in weekly stakeholder meetings to iterate and finalize design requirements.

Participate in daily and weekly Scrum/stand up meetings with key Morgan Stanley team members.

Provide input needed for weekly project status meetings.

Review design requirements mockups, and user interface deliverables with Client and map in accordance with Morgan Stanley technical components

Align tasks with requisite technical scope and timeline provided by Morgan Stanley

Support the development of UI mockups and desired screens and services to be developed.

Provide updates to support project planning for each iteration to reflect status and prioritization of remaining requirements.

Conduct deliverable review meetings with Client at the end of each Iteration.

Conduct iteration retrospective at completion of each milestone.

Conduct user interface review meetings to address content, navigation, features, functionality, and usability.

Support testing, QA and user acceptance testing

Support working/feedback sessions and presentations for and with end-user community
