The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Server management, Active Directory, AWS, Google Workspace, and network troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on experience with virtualization, backup solutions, security tools, and remote access technologies. Requirements: Enterprise IT Support: Minimum 5 years of experience in network, server, workstation, and application support. Windows Server Administration: 2+ years managing Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019). Active Directory & Microsoft InTune: Experience managing AD, integrating with other systems, and using Microsoft InTune. Cloud & Virtualization: AWS Experience Working knowledge of cloud environments. VMware ESX Configuration and administration. Google Workspace Management: Experience managing and maintaining enterprise-level Google Workspace. Networking & Security: Strong knowledge of Juniper and Fortinet solutions. Experience with enterprise-class WiFi networking (Juniper MIST preferred). Remote Access: Hands-on with FortiClient VPN and other remote access tools. Backup & Monitoring: Experience administering Veeam and PRTG. Security Tools & Endpoint Protection: Deploying and managing BitLocker, Proofpoint, Virtru, CrowdStrike. General IT Support: Windows desktop OS and software expertise. Experience with Mac support is highly desirable. Familiarity with Linux-based applications and OS support. Help Desk & Ticketing Systems: Experience using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, SolarWinds, Remedy, or Magic. Certifications: At least one relevant technical certification (CompTIA, Microsoft, Juniper, Google, etc.). Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
