Analyze and evaluate business systems to build operational metadata management processes. Review and gather data assets from various sources to fill out setup templates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet business objectives. Skills & Experience Required: 8+ years of experience as a senior business analyst, specializing in enterprise data analytics and management. Strong background in data governance tools like Informatica Axon Data Governance, Enterprise Data Catalog, and Data Quality. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, and more. Proficiency with Jira and metadata modeling. Ability to communicate and present technical data to various audiences effectively. Experience with the Texas Data Management Framework is a plus. Key Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. Ability to adapt and respond to changes. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
