The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools and will help deliver solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, Pentaho, and several other tools as required. This role requires strong technical skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Familiarity with ERP Systems Data: Gain insights from ERP system data from systems such as Infor Syteline, NetSuite, Expandable, JDE, SAP, etc. Business Analyst Skillset: Ability to understand business-related concepts and data. Working with ERP system data such as GL, AP, Pricing, etc. Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models to support BI reporting and analytics. ETL Development: Design and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow into data warehouses and BI platforms using tools like Pentaho. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions. Data Analysis: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements. Data Quality Management: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI and analytics platforms. Performance Optimization: Optimize BI solutions for speed, scalability, and usability, ensuring efficient query performance and report generation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics development. Proficiency in one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Phocas, SSRS, etc.). Strong SQL skills for querying data, data transformation, and reporting. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes. Experience with Pentaho is preferred.
