Has very good analysis and mapping skills. Experience working with different business divisions JOB DESCRIPTION: Identify and document Current state Policies and Procedures (P&P) Collect from current environment Repositories Employees Identify portfolio by the companies 3 business divisions Create a Policies master template Create a Procedure master template Move the current documents into the new standardized templates Identify gaps in policy and procedure details Review each Goal to have one P&P enterprise wide for each P&P Remove uniqueness between divisions Work with leaders to optimize each document into single version Compare and contrast analysis Build master policies and procedures matrix All Policies & Procedures X axis Business division Y axis Identify division documents completed for each P&P field Gap analysis for each missing document Process Mapping Create a process map master file to be used to describe all procedures Create a separate process map for each procedure.
