Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations. Monitor system performance and implement improvements. Good knowledge on ITIL & ITSM processes. Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
