DO NOTSUBMIT CANDIDATES WHO DONT MEET THE MUST HAVE SKILLS Must have - 8 years of overall financial services - 2-3 years of either portfolio management or collateralmanagement experience - Good derivatives knowledge, strong SDLC background withgood advanced SQL knowledge, knows how to build software's - Good communication skills and ability to work withbusiness users and directly with clients, has been client facing - Any experience in Colline, Apex, Cloud Margin, etcwould be a plus and most likely selected over others who do not - Proven experience implementing financial systems using standardized SDLCmethodologies and tools (e.g. AGILE). - Very strong management, project management and leadership skills. Skills: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in technology, finance, business orequivalent. At least 8 years of related professional financial services and projectmanagement experience. Background in software implementation in the Financial Services industryworking as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner. Good working knowledge of relational and object stores with hands-on SQLexperience. Excellent knowledge of Trade Flows, Security Reference & Market Data,Valuations, Benchmark Data, and designing end-to-end operational data flowarchitecture. Development experience in Collateral Management applications is highlydesired. Experience in custody and settlement workflows using SWIFT for security &cash movements. Proven experience implementing financial systems using standardized SDLCmethodologies and tools (e.g. AGILE). Superior verbal and written communication skills, presentation andfacilitation skills. Very strong management, project management and leadership skills. High Level of proficiency in Excel, Access, VBA and Visio tools would bedesired. Responsibilities: Implement a comprehensive collateral managementplatform that services client needs, drives simplification, and reducesredundant collateral capabilities bank wide Implement optimization capabilities leveraging existingrules engines and designing & executing an end-to-end process flow, workingwith both the business and development teams, by acting in the capacity of aProduct Owner. Implement standard, simplified data management and systems integration toensuring flexible, robust overall offering. Major Responsibilities: Lead very complex and challenging business/system requirements workingsession by facilitating strategic user meetings. Work with business team to understand requirements and develop wireframes andarticulate the vision to the development team and oversee end-to-enddevelopment lifecycle. Responsible for designing and executing an end-to-end data and process flowworking with both the business and development team. Establishing end-to-endconnectivity across the eco-system including SWIFT. Decompose abstract and complex details/concepts into business and functionalrequirements that can be understood by the stakeholders (i.e. end users,developers, testers, etc.) Document project requirements and other project related documents with clearand concise language consistent with methodology framework. Work with the project team to develop and manageproject plans including issue resolution and risk mitigation Consult with users, developers, testers, andimplementation specialists. Direct the development of end user training plans, (business level) useracceptance test plans, and implementation plans; communicates to seniormanagement and business representatives. Instruct, guide and supervise project team in the resolution of issues, risksand impediments. Partner with technology and business managers providing overall strategicleadership in developing and maintaining disciplined processes. Ensure governance with the project methodology standards, documentation, andapprovals (e.g. project artifacts, tollgates, etc.) Manage participation from required stakeholders to ensure accuratedeliverables Manage cross team dependencies with other business and IT areas.
