(Big 4 experience is a plus.) NOTES: 8+ years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and ERP Big 4 Experience! Well versed in Salesforce, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture. LinkedIn with a Picture is preferred as always 10/10 Communication skills is a MUST!!!! Overview: 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and ERP Serve as main point of contact between business units and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle. Adept at collaboration, analysis, understanding and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications. Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives. Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
