Preferred MOATS Format: Bullet points highlighting the EBS to Fusion projects theyve overseen. Intake Notes/Other Info: Current initiatives are to modernize ALL systems including their Oracle environment so communication with other PMs overseeing those initiatives will be vital. This is also a multistaged project starting with a feasibility study being conducted by a 3rd party yet to be determined. This PM will overseeing that analysis/vendor as well as the lift-n-shift/vendor taking them to Fusion. Lots of customizations and aspects to consider so has to be a highly organized individual. Using Oracle Financials and HCM including payroll. She thinks the AP module and Order Management/Bill of Sales customizations will need to be paid particular attention as theyre doing $20-$30 MM in transactions every month. Have Projects & Grants to consider as well as theyre only using it in a very limited capacity but would love to get more out of it. The feasibility part is supposed to be done by September 2025 and go live for Fusion will be determined from there but anticipates late 2026. The project and this position have been funded, its 100% remote, and theres comp as of last Friday We are seeking a seasoned consultant to oversee our clients transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. This role will focus on vendor management, ensuring a smooth collaboration between the client, an assessment partner (TBD), and a third-party agency handling the upgrade. Given the clients highly customized Oracle Finance and HCM environments, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management to drive success. Additionally, this consultant will play a key role in cross-functional coordination as the company is modernizing its entire system landscape. A background in Financials/Accounting is highly preferred. Day to Day Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle EBS to Fusion migration, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility. Manage multiple vendors, including the assessment partner and implementation agency, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Act as the primary point of contact between the business, IT teams, and external partners. Identify and mitigate risks related to system customization, data migration, and integration. Collaborate with Finance, HCM, and IT teams to ensure smooth system functionality and user adoption. Provide strategic guidance on system architecture, leveraging expertise in Oracle ERP and HCM solutions. Ensure communication and coordination with other project managers leading modernization efforts. Report project progress to key stakeholders and executive leadership. 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion. Strong background in system architecture, particularly in Finance and HCM modules. Experience managing highly customized Oracle ERP environments. Proven track record in vendor management and working with third-party implementation partners. Solid project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion. Financials/Accounting background highly preferred to understand business impacts. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in large-scale modernization projects with multiple interconnected systems.
